Well the sun is out, the water is cold and the fly life is poor, not quite what you would expect but we have to make the most of it, Noel and Kevin had come for a days fishing, as they hadn’t done much fly fishing before we went all through the casting in the morning and started some fishing after lunch, Noel was the first to catch on a small black nymph under a dry, as the day was a birthday present for Kevin he asked me to make sure he caught a fish, well by the end of play Kevin had caught nine trout and a grayling so he was well pleased, but unfortunately Noel still had still only caught one fish, but was very pleased to do so.
