Really cold old day on the hands today in the mist and drizzle really not my favorite weather but no work today so a bit of a busman’s holiday, I hate wet and cold, I fished for a couple of hours and found quite a few fish up to the pound mark and these two fish one 44 cm and the other 45cm, the bigger of the two had been attacked by a cormorant or a gooseander, real nasty mark at the back of her head, fought well so hopefully no ill effects from her injuries.
