I Don’t Like Getting Cold and Wet !!

I seem to spend my life dressed up in chest waders, but when doing casting lessons they look a little extreme if you’re at a casting pool and not getting in the water, so a good pair of waterproofs is essential. While keeping you dry and also looking presentable, on those less than perfect days, of course another factor that comes into play is cost. I had looked at some other nice looking waterproof clothing and one really took my fancy untill I noticed it cost £165 for a fleece, nice but not that nice.

I saw that Fishtec had an offer on the Airflo Delta 3/4 jacket, trouser and a fleece for £79, three items for under £80 can’t be bad , also took some advice from someone who had been using them for nine months and they were still going strong and still keeping the water out so I thought I would give them a go.

When they turned up I was very impressed, good fit, very comfortable and the fleece is a soft shell, which is even better. I have only had them a couple of weeks but been out in two horrible downpours and one evening when the temperature had gone right down off the scale, and all was good nice and warm and dry. They even dried very quickly which is good when you’re having to use them day after day.

So far so good, mind it will most probably be a really dry year now I have bought them.
